Now Eocortex 4.1 introduces an Emergency Vehicles Detection <\/strong>which is a new intelligent module designed to provide online identification of vehicles belonging to police, fire trucks and ambulances<\/strong> from a surveillance camera stream.<\/p>\n

This is a separate video analysis module which is not linked with the License Plate Recognition module.<\/p>\n

The module ensures identification of emergency vehicles presence in one or in several spots of a frame within the preset time frame. Once the module detects an emergency vehicle it will generate an event which can be followed by a specified automated response<\/strong> of the system, for example, sending an alert <\/strong>to the person in charge or to open the rising arm barrier.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Emergency Vehicles Detection module will help both to respond promptly<\/strong> to the arrival of an ambulance, fire brigade and police and to ensure compliance with the law and to help avoiding monetary penalties.<\/p>\n

The new Emergency Vehicles Detection module will be released in version Eocortex 4.1 and will be available to users of Eocortex 4.1 in August 2023.<\/p>\n
